Burn-out
The Burn-out treatment consists of three phases: Recharge, Resolve, and Resume. First, the focus is on restoring physical and mental energy through rest, recovery and healthy routines. Next, the underlying causes of burnout are identified and addressed by examining stressors, coping styles and personal patterns. Finally, individuals gradually return to work and daily life while developing sustainable habits, setting healthy boundaries and preventing relapse.
Anxiety
Anxiety treatment typically combines psychoeducation, cognitive-behavioral therapy and gradual exposure to feared situations to reduce anxiety and avoidance. Anxiety treatment also focuses on developing coping skills, such as relaxation techniques, cognitive restructuring and emotion regulation, while addressing underlying thoughts and behaviors that maintain anxiety. In some cases, medication may be used alongside psychotherapy. NOTE: medications are prescribed and monitored by doctors/psychiatrists only.
Depression
Depression treatment typically combines psychoeducation, psychotherapy and behavioral interventions to reduce depressive symptoms and improve daily functioning. Treatment often focuses on cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavioral activation, emotion regulation, and developing healthy coping strategies while addressing negative thought patterns and contributing life stressors. In some cases, antidepressant medication may be used alongside psychotherapy. NOTE: medications are prescribed and monitored by doctors/psychiatrists only.
Perfectionism
Perfectionism treatment typically focuses on identifying and modifying unhelpful perfectionistic beliefs and behaviors that contribute to stress, anxiety and reduced well-being. Using approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, one can learn to develop more flexible standards, reduce self-criticism and adopt healthier coping strategies while building self-compassion and resilience.
For expats
Psychological support for expats focuses on helping individuals adjust to life in a new country while managing the emotional, social and cultural challenges of relocation. Treatment may address stress, loneliness, homesickness, cultural adaptation, relationship or work-related difficulties and the development of effective coping strategies to promote well-being and resilience.
